Recipe and food costing can enable you to maximise profits if you are able to calculate recipe costs, cut down on waste and track inventory more effectively. A proper menu and recipe costing can quickly summarise the percentage of food cost for every recipe. This allows you to adjust profit margins based on the actual costs of purchases by recipe or menu. In this highly anticipated one day course, you will be taught the basic mechanics of starting a F & B business and computing food cost and pricing a menu. Learning this basic skill can kickstart your journey for a career or business in the F & B industry. Note:

From 1 January 2021, the following categories of participants are allowed at VDS-required premises/settings:

1. Fully vaccinated

2. Recovered from Covid-19 within 180 days (instead of 270 days). One month grace given to recovered individuals to complete their vaccination regime if the 180-day period is exceeded as at 1 January 2022

3. Medically ineligible individuals with standard hardcopy doctor-certified memo (Note: Voluntarily unvaccinated not allowed even with negative PET)
