This class is currently undergoing a revamp. We expect to launch this sometime in Q2 of 2021. Learn how to calculate food cost & price food menu. Participants will have hands-on working out a menu and write a recipe. The Chef will cook a meal from his recipe to demonstrate food costing in practice. 

It is mandatory for persons who are transporting or delivering or carrying hazardous materials or what is commonly known as "dangerous goods" (DG) to enrol in this course.
